Session 1: Clear Financial Communication: Simplifying Complex Forms for Better User Experience Clément Camion will share insights from En Clair's award-winning project to simplify a debit card agreement for a major financial institution from Québec, a project that earned his team the 2024 ClearMark Award for legal documents. The session will cover how plain language principles and rigorous user testing helped improve usability and compliance. Attendees will gain an understanding of the impact of user testing and its potential to enhance user experience. There will be a 15-min Q&A session at the end of the session.
